  Gua Sha means 'scraping' in Mandarin, referring to an ancient form of facial massage using a Rose Quartz tool to alleviate muscle tension and improve blood flow to the skin around the face.

  Perform this ritual 3 times weekly in the evenings. Start by sweeping one to two drops of your favorite face oil over clean, dry skin, taking a moment to inhale the scent. Hold the Gua Sha tool between thumb and forefinger and use light pressure throughout.
  

• Suitable for use as part of vegetarian and vegan lifestyles. Not tested on animals.
