ANTI-AGING SMOOTHIE RECIPE
Here's an easy-peasy smoothie to throw together, rich in antioxidants, magnesium and protein to help build new tissue, fight free radicals which accelerate the ageing process, keep your immune systems functioning properly and fill you up!
- Big Handful Blueberries
- 1 inch Cucumber, chopped
- One Banana
- One Dessertspoon (10ml) Nut Butter
- 150ml your favourite Nut or Oat Milk
Whizz together in a blender or Bullit, each morning. Follow with a large mug of hot water made with a big squeeze of lemon
